Placing an Order
Ordering is easy with the following options:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day seven days a week on the internet info(at)thehamperclub.com.au by fax or telephone during business hours. Monday to Friday 10am-5pm. However any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the following working day. The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods will dispatch order once payment has been processed. The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods however, will not dispatch any orders until payments are finalised.

If an order needs to be cancelled it must be cancelled in writing, via email or fax. If the hamper has already been dispatched so it can arrive to the recipient by the specified date, cancellation can not take place. You need to notify The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods, 24 hours prior to delivery date for cancellation to take place.

If an item is unavailable The Hamperclub gourmet foods will replace it with a similar item of equivalent or greater value.

Delivery Terms
The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods uses reputable contract couriers. Whilst we endeavour to make sure the delivery of your hamper is made at the allocated time, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as a hamper not arriving on time or theft of a hamper.

Late delivery does not constitute a failure of this agreement and therefore does not entitle you to cancel an order.

All hampers presented in a basket or a non corrugated box, will be delivered in a new cardboard box to ensure the hamper does not arrive damaged.

It is the customers responsibility to inform The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods if a gift has not arrived. Once we have been notified, we will track and trace your gift accordingly as each gift has a tracking number attached to it.

Please make sure you give the correct address for the recipient. Additional charges will be made for re-delivery due to incorrect address.

Bulk orders
Please enquire for a quote for multiple deliveries at the same address.

Returns/Refunds Policy
The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods will not accept returns due to personal preference. we take care in how we package our hampers to avoid damage, if a product arrives damaged due to delivery, please inform The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods as soon as possible .Product replacement will only take affect once item has been returned to our warehouse for assessment. If product is deemed damaged or faulty, we will be happy to replace it. There are no returns or exchange for food items once they have been opened.

Privacy and Security
The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods respects your privacy and security and recognizes your right to protect all your personal information that you provide us with. The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods require your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card details to allow us to process your order. The Hamperclub Gourmet Foods have chosen the Bendigo Bank Payment Gateway System.
